Whether you're a fan of summer floats on the Buffalo River or looking for a quiet winter getaway, we have the cabin for you!

**HOT TUB on the covered porch**

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin includes its own laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

INSIDE:

• Large kitchen hosts a wrap-around countertop and bar seating
• The antique built-in hutch provides ample storage for pantry items and staples
• The kitchen includes full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and coffee pot along with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, serving utensils, dishes and pots/pans
• The living room boasts a large sofa with live edge coffee table and two lounge chairs.
• Kitchen table for 6-10
• Wall mounted RokuTV
• Electric “Real Flame wood burning stove” with crackling sounds and adjustable heat creates a safe and warm atmosphere.
• PRIVATE Laundry Room off the kitchen

The three private bedrooms are directly off the living room.

• Bedroom one has a queen bed, side tables, armoire, sitting chair and wall mounted Roku tv.
• Bedroom two has a built-in twin-size bunk bed plus full-size futon, dresser, small tv, dvd player with games and movies.
• Bedroom three has an antique metal frame full size bed with chair and dresser.

This cabin shares a common wall with our 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. There is a lockable adjoining door between the two cabins.

OUTSIDE:

• Stroll outside to the large covered porch and enjoy the unique “swing” sitting area.
• 6 person HOT TUB
• Propane Grill on your deck. Bring your cooking supplies. 
  We request our guests REFILL the propane tank if they use the last of the gas, as a courtesy to the next guest upon arrival. Wild Bill’s exchanges tanks at the corner.
• 6 person dining table and lounging area with coffee table.
• Step off the back porch onto the new open air fire pit with sitting area and picnic table.
• Enjoy the view down the ridge facing east toward the Buffalo National Forest.
• We have a large green space behind the house with a view to the forest – feel free to use our custom make corn hole set or challenge each other to a game of disc golf.
• You will have a view off your porch towards the Buffalo National River forestland. Our property is adjacent to the park. You will also see the historic Lynch waterslide just outside your porch landing!

PARKING:

Free, and ample.  If you are bringing trailers (RV’s, 4x4’s), we have space – just let us know

COMMUNITY AMENTIES:

• Large Lawn and swings available to all guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Our internet is not super fast. It tends to work fine for streaming movies, email, video calls.
• Video Monitoring. We take seriously the safety of our guests, our team and the property. External video devices are used on this property for security purposes only. These devices are located facing the driveways so we can monitor access. Access to data is limited to our owners and stored for a set period of time by our third party provider.

The Ridge is located in the heart of the Buffalo Point recreational area of the Buffalo National River.

• Buffalo Point beach area - about 3 miles from our door to the gravel point)
• Indian Rockhouse Trailhead - at the end of our road, about 4 miles! (it's a must-do on your trip)
• 2.1 miles to Dillards Ferry
• 6.8 miles to Rush
• 0.3 miles to Wild Bill's Outfitters (gas, grocery, trips)
• 0.3 miles to Dirst Canoe Rentals (grocery, trips)

IN THE AREA:

• Kenda Drive-In in Harriet
• Fishermen can enjoy the Buffalo River, Crooked Creek, or visit Cotter on the White River.
• Yellville is about 20 minutes north (closest grocery store).
• Marshall - another float put-in spot - is also about 20 minutes south
• You're within an hour and a half of so many hikes including some of our favorites in Arkansas like the Centerpoint Trail to Hemmed-in-Hollow or Big Bluff.

About the building:

This building has a cool history. It was a club and restaurant back in the day where locals would hangout, listen to music, eat and drink. It was converted to a house to host visitors to Buffalo Point.

We hope you enjoy your time in the area and are able to disconnect from your regular routine and reconnect to the outdoors and to the outdoors. The Ozarks and the Buffalo National River are very special! We will give you privacy, but will provide an emergency contact should you need it.
