Our community of cabins is a special experience - where you can get away from your daily grind and get out into nature.

Our six cabins combine the charm of rustic ambience with modern amenities (we understand, sometimes you need the wi-fi).

• The New Family wanting to get away from Saturday morning tablet time and are ready to experience the great outdoors (and come back to rest in a comfy bed, s'mores by the fire and some AC).
• Group Float Trips - from birthdays to bachelor fishing excursions ... 
• Reunions and Large Gatherings - for family reunions or church groups, our entire community accommodates up to 28 people. Our 5 acres and 6 cabins gives you the chance to enjoy the vibes of the group, and then retire to your private cabin or bedroom.

Family Gatherings and Memories

The Ridge specializes in large group gatherings. 

Our community of cabins encompasses 5 acres with 6 cabins that gives you space to create memories, enjoy the atmosphere out in nature and and then retire to your own space and get a good night sleep. Our cabins are "within a baseball throw" of each other and the common grounds include a large lawn, disc golf goals, tether ball and rope tree swings. We are walking distance to two local outfitters.

Each cabin is unique.

• Our Millers Landing is the the perfect gathering spot - to cook, to dine, to enjoy the large lawn. The cabin sleeps 14 with 5 private bedrooms, 2 full kitchens and 3 full baths.
• Baker Lodge sleeps up to5 - it's a great space for a small family with a queen and twin upstairs and a set of bunks downstairs. It also provides a full kitchen.
• Heart Pine sleeps up to 4 - with a queen bed in the loft and a sleeper futon - also with a full kitchen.
• Buffalo Camps 1&2 are popular with the more "outdoorsy" members of the family - providing comfortable sleeping and a place to microwave, make coffee or even grill. Bathrooms and water for the camps are in the bathhouse. They're great for teens, young adults, or an active couple.

About the area

The Ridge at Buffalo Point is adjacent to the Buffalo National River protected forest land and enjoys a prime location between two river outfitters. The property is within 2 miles of Buffalo Point Campground and River Access (operated by NPS) and only 3 miles from Dillards Ferry - a popular put in spot on the lower Buffalo.

More than 1.5 million visitors regularly enjoy the Buffalo National River, according to the National Park Service. The Buffalo National River is managed by the National Park Service. The river flows for 135 miles and provides numerous recreational opportunities including kayaking, rafting, canoeing, fishing, hiking and hunting. 

In 2019 the park gained status as an International Dark Sky Park (IDSP) by the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA).  You can venture just down the road to Buffalo Point to experience this!

We love building beautiful spaces for people to enjoy, and we think it is an important part of life to take time away from your day-to-day routine and experience the great outdoors - from seeing big bluffs and clear water to challenging your body with hikes and swims.  

But most important, to spend time with those you love.  That's why we decided to create a basecamp for large groups - family reunions, friend float trips or church group weekends. Our cabins can host the individual traveler or a group of 28.
