About the area
The Ridge at Buffalo Point is adjacent to the National River Forest land and enjoy a prime location between two river outfitters.
The property is within 2 miles of Buffalo Point Campground and River Access (operated by NPS).
More than 1.5 million visitors enjoyed the Buffalo National River in 2023, according to the National Park Service. The Buffalo National River is designated as a National River and managed by the National Park Service. The river flows for 135 miles and provides numerous recreational opportunities including kayaking, rafting, canoeing, fishing, hiking and hunting.
In 2019 the park gained status as an International Dark Sky Park (IDSP) by the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA). You can venture just down the road to Buffalo Point to experience this!
